Peter Rabbit Garden Cafe
We were wanting to catch up with my in – laws for lunch today so we had to meet them somewhere in the city so my husband could join us in his lunch break. We decided to try out the Peter Rabbit Garden Cafe on Hindley Street in Adelaide and I’m so glad we did!!
The atmosphere is fantastic if you like a whimsical garden feel with artificial lawn, fairy lights and the feeling of dining in someone’s beautiful garden! I was even told that you can spot some real little bunnies in the garden too!
Both my mother in law and I avoid gluten and so it was really nice to have a handful of choices to decide on from the menu. We chose the zucchini fritters with poached eggs and smoked salmon. The only thing I would change next time is ordering my fritters without the labneh next time to make them dairy free. (As I forgot to this time and had to scrape it off!)
I also ordered a delicious green juice. Made from apple, celery, spinach, mint and coconut water. It was so refreshing and so yum!!
It is a very busy little cafe so keep that in mind when you visit.
I will definitely return, not just for the yummy menu items but also for the great atmosphere which the gorgeous character of the cafe garden brings!
