I am not a big bacon eater but every now and then I do enjoy a cooked breakfast with bacon and eggs. I found out that some bacon is not gluten free and can contain a lot of preservatives and sugar. I started hunting around my local shops looking for a ‘healthier’ bacon. I found Barossa Fine Foods stock a lot of gluten free small goods including nitrite free bacon sweetened with grape juice rather than cane sugar.  They stock a lot of other products too so it’s worth having a look in their store or online if you get a chance!
